Expressive Therapy uses methods and techniques from all the arts to help you to explore what you need, to find the strength to cope and to try out changes in a safe and joyful space. Story-making, myths, drawing, working with small objects, movement are examples of a range of creative tools that may be used to help give form to feelings hard to put into words. You may work individually or in a group.
Helen is registered with the British Association of Dramatherapists and is a member of Health Professions Council and continues to update her training regularly.
